The Ogan Family ~ Millwood, VA Family Photographer ~ March 2013

It was a beautiful spring day when I met up with the Ogan family in Millwood, VA. There is an old working mill that is pretty incredible to see in action. The were grinding corn the day we were there. You can read more about the mill here.It was  established in 1785 and is the oldest operating mill in the Shenandoah Valley.  I have not seen Michelle since high school, but of course get the occasional glimpse of her life through Facebook. So, I was super excited when she contacted me to do her family photos. It is one of my favorite things to meet the families of old friends and Michelle's was no disappointment :). Her little man was quite the ball of energy and has some amazing blue eyes (see below heheh). Her sweet baby girl was just as cute as can be in her little pink dress and she even gave me a few sweet smiles. 

I had a great time catching up with Michelle, she was in town from her temporary home in Bogota. She wore some amazing handmade boots and her kiddos were just perfect in dark pink. Their family photo is probably in my top 10 favorite family photos. ever. I hope you enjoy a little glimpse of the Ogan's.
