Estefani & Victor May 26, 2012~ Richmond, Virginia Wedding Photographer
Not to long ago Estefani contacted me about possibly photographing her upcoming wedding to her fiance Victor. Both of them are originally from Venezuala and I was ecstatic to learn that the whole ceremony would be in Spanish! Yes, I do love to try (operative word TRY) to understand when people around me are talking in Spanish, one would hope that the 5 years that I studied it in school would help. Eh....not really. But anyhow, nonetheless it was something new and I love being in this industry because there is always something new, something different, something fresh. Estefani looked so classic in her ivory lace gown, and I loved photographing her and Victor by the canal in Downtown Richmond. Their reception was held at the Bankuet Place (which some of you may remember photos from last year) but anyhow, its an old bank converted into an event venue. The venue has gorgeous natural light and is a photographer's dream while the sun is still up for reception lighting.
I was not disappointed when the dancing begun. They could seriously cut loose. Below you will see some of my favorite shots from the event! The dancing was probably my favorite part, with Latin music it was next to impossible for me not to at least shake something! But I can't dance and take photos, (although I have tried) so I held my camera up to my eye and tried my hardest to capture the essence of this beautiful day. Congratulations Estefani & Victor!!
